Location, spa, views this is why I chose this place. 1-minute flat walk and you are in the little town of Paihia for a selection of restaurants to choose from. Rooms: 3 levels with 2 apartments per level. Not too many rooms. We had a 2 bedroom, 2nd level Seaview apartment with direct access to the heated spa and non-heated swimming pool out our back door. Clean, tastefully furnished north-facing rooms with all the amenities of home plus free WiFi. that are greeted each morning with the sun and Seaviews.
Saria Lolo - Sept 23 - GoogleOutstanding service & facilities with everything a family requires - we were absolutely blown away by our manager Viv who not only knew us by name but made our stay one of the best we have ever had away from home. Full kitchen including laundry facilities and the bathroom was amazing - clean and spacious with room to move. Sky movie channel was fully accessible and catered to everyone from sports to cartoons and the latest movies. Free wifi was a bonus!!! A full recycling system made disposal of rubbish simple. Just when we thought we had everything - Weber bbqs for each of our apartments! We used it for breakfast bacon & eggs, cooked our freshly caught fish for dinner!! Local supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants are within walking distance. We can not wait to return!!

I have young children, but it was so clean that I felt good, and even the parts where I could miss cleaning were so clean, so I think it was good to come here! There is also a spa in front of the accommodation, so I enjoyed my time before I went. I'm uploading it again with my family

Situated within QUICK walking distance of Paihia central and the ferry. Viv, the manager was outstanding, she went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was so large! The price was affordable for our group of 5. We needed basic but were provided with a wonderful room which exceeded our expectations. There was torrential weather and we didn’t hear any storms or rain. The room was quiet, warm, and private. The deck / balcony area was a great size and would’ve been perfect in the sun. Shower pressure and spa bath 10/10. Car parking is available at no extra cost - great to have offered for safety. I highly recommend Viv and her service, she was exceptional, friendly, and welcoming.
