Each of the 11 apartments has two bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area as well as a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The bathroom has spa bath, separate shower and twin vanities. Your balcony is private and has outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy the sun and view while occasionally attending to your favourite dinner choices sizzling away on the apartments’ gas BBQ. The Waterfront Penthouses over look Paihia Beach, out to the boat moorings and have wonderful views across to Russell. They feature a large indoor living space. Sleeps 4 - 5 adults comfortably.
Waterfront Mid-Level Apartments
The Waterfront Mid-level Apartments are on the pool deck level and over look Paihia Beach, the moored sailing and fishing charter vessels and across the bay to Russell. Sleeps 4 - 5 adults comfortably.
Waterfront Ground Level Apartment
The Waterfront Ground Level Apartment is perfect for those who require easy flat access to their apartment. The view is across the gardens and out to the bay and across to Russell.
Pool View Penthouse Apartments
The Pool View Penthouse Apartments have great ocean views towards the harbour entrance and overlook the pool deck and across to Russell. The Penthouse has a large indoor living space, and will sleep 4 - 5 adults comfortably.
Pool View Mid-Level Apartments
Pool View Mid-level Apartments have ocean views and look over the pool deck, with easy access parking right at the back door.
Pool Side Lower Level Apartments
The Pool Side Apartments have very easy access to the pool and spa area and are perfect for families who enjoy comfortable surroundings, are often out and about doing activities during the day but do not require a stunning view at night.
